Pages
The number of pages included in the package you select. Additional pages
are available as an add-on to the package price.
Initial Consult
This is the number of hours we spend with you determining the needs of your
company's website. This can be via phone, email, or snail mail. We
document the exact amount of time and will let you know when you have used your
allotted time.
Templates
All of our templates are available for your use. However, certain packages
do not allow for the use of Flash templates.
Shopping Cart
We have two shopping carts available for use on your website. They are
included in certain packages, but are available to all.
Products
If you choose a package with a shopping cart, you will get this number of
products set up for you. You can add any number of products at any time.
Phone Support
Each package has a certain number of hours of phone support included in the
package price. Additional hours are available for an extra fee.
Email Support
All packages include unlimited email support.
Delivery Time
Estimated business days to complete your site. As always certain events or
requests may extend that time. We will do everything possible to keep you
informed of delivery delays.
